Damage Waiver

We accept customer-provided apparel strictly on a case-by-case basis.  All items must be completely clean.  We reserve the right to reject any item that we feel will not withstand the manufacturing or design process.

Our customization processes do involve inherent risks.  As such, Red Yeti Design Co is not liable for any damage or errors that may occur to customer provided garments.  All items are accepted entirely at the customer's own risk.  

In the rare event that your item is damaged or ruined during the customization process, we will not replace the item, offer a refund for the item's retail value, or provide financial reimbursement.  

If a production mishap occurs, your item will be returned to you as-is and you will not be charged decoration fee for that specific piece.

Because we cannot verify the quality of garments purchased outside our regular vendors, we provide no warranties or longevity guarantees for the durability of the print or stitch on customer provided aparel.
