At this time, Red Yeti Design Co. does not have an exchange program. We will gladly return your product(s) based on the policy below, and you may re-order the correct products with www.redyetidesignco.com. This allows you to order your products right away so that you receive them quickly. We then will return and refund your order (based on the below policy) when received. Thank you for your business!

RETURNS

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased at Red Yeti Design Co. for return. Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns must be received in new condition- unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags ATTACHED. All sale items are FINAL SALE. You will be notified via email that the return of your original form of payment has been issued. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
